  I wanted mounts made up for 3 photographs of my partner"s father who recently passed away and took them to the shop the week before Christmas along with the frames I had chosen. When I picked them up 3 days later I was surprised that one of them was not centered in the frame but took it away to look at it properly at home.
  My partner and I both agreed it didn't look quite right and I when I returned it after Christmas, the woman became defensive and a bit shirty with me saying she had made it like that because she felt it looked better.
  I very politely asked if it could be redone and she agreed but it was grudging.
  I telephoned 8 days later to ask if it was ready but told by the woman, who was still bristling in her tone to me, that they were extremely busy, and it would be at least the weekend before she had a chance to work on it. Saturday morning, 3 days later she called to say it was ready.
  I certainly won't be using this business again.
